Well Microsoft strikes again... the latest documentation for Cisco Callmanager / CUCM integration is based upon Exchange 2007 and CCM 5.1 both of which were too early for general release.
This guide does provide some of the fundamentals for the initial integration of the Exchange and Callmanager environments. Specifics will be provided through this blog.
